Yes, by the thousands, Russian babies are getting US Citizenship and Passports.

Welcome to The Deli Store in Sunny Isles Beach, a Little Russian city on a
barrier island north of downtown Miami, has long been a gathering place
for Russians, who stay in the area as they wait to give birth.
They come for the hospitals, the doctors, the weather, the beach -
they will tell you with some pride, to score citizenship for their offspring.
President Donald Trump recently vowed to end it for children of foreigners.
While his target was undocumented immigrants, he also complained that the
privilege granted in the 14th Amendment has "created an entire industry of birth tourism."
Russians complain:
"See, we play by their rules, and then, the Americans want to change them!""They should stop hounding Russians who pay up to $50,000 in expenses to have
their American babies who will one day change the electoral map in South Florida!"
