It's modern times. I think this clip is few years old. But spartan appearances can be very deceiving. On Microsoft Excel "paper" such institution probably are filed on exactly same rows of spreadsheet as other related "modern" institutions that exists in the same field of activity by evil doctors. You know if nobody is f*cking with you - maybe this place is heaven on earth in comparison to some shiny institution where each patient has their own private room with all amenities of 5 star hotel, including latest in entertainment, gaming, room service, internet shopping, etc.. In this case such place could be utilized as elaborate low profile safehouse for staying low. What does the man need? Is it just basics needs about need to know? What is a man?
