This is the moment a pedestrian about to be struck by a yellow taxi that has shot through a red light is saved when a car hits the taxi at speed from the side.
The incident took place on the Jalan Bukit Merah primary road in the island city-state of Singapore, and was filmed by a motorist's dash cam and shared on Facebook where it has been viewed 140,000 times.
