An analysis as to why the Russian provided S-300 air defense system isn't currently being used by the SAA to defend her sovereignty. Putin should stop sitting on the fence and let Syria use the system and start hunting Israeli aggressor aircraft long before they reach the Bekaa Valley. Lebanon should by this time be allowed to arm themselves with lethal weapons to defend their airspace. The bullshit UN arms restrictions should be lifted forthwith.
