An enormous 18.5 kilos (41-pound) cat is in search of a new home after being dropped off at a Manhattan animal shelter in the US.
The fat feline named Barsik was taken to the city's Animal Care Center on Saturday in the hope of finding new owners and of course, losing a lot of weight.
Even though the cat has set a new record for heaviest-ever to be kept at the shelter, he won't make it into the Guinness Book of World Records.
The organization stopped keeping track of fat cats in 1998 in the hope of discouraging owners from overfeeding their pets.
The biggest cat before Barsik was Himmy, an Australian kitty who's weighed was 21 kilos shy (46-pounds)
