A man was shot to death on the east sidewalk on Western Ave near Florence Blvd in South LA. It appeared he was shot in the head. The victim was known by a local homeless man and might have been homeless himself. LAPD is investigating and has Western shut down in both directions. No info on the shooter at this time.
