Authorities with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office shared this dashcam and bodycam footage from an incident on May 2, 2019.
After a brief conversation, the driver jumped back into the van and the three passengers jumped out.
A police pursuit began and headed towards Gainesville, before the suspect crashed into a ditch.
Jeremiah Reeves of Atlanta, was taken into custody and charged with: possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, fleeing and attempting to elude, obstruction, no valid drivers license and multiple traffic citations.
