Angmo couple did not keep their dog on the leash and there are families with children around the area.
When requested to leash their dog, he became aggressive and rude and complains about problems in Singapore. And tells us to go solve those problems first before asking him to leash his dog.
He then says he was born in Singapore and knows the law...but refuses to leash his dog until I told him he is on camera and then he leashed his dog.
Since he claims to be born in Singapore, do you think he served NS?
