Muskogee police were called to the 'I Don't Care Bar and Grill' at approximately 2pm on Monday to answer a call for the capture of 36-year-old Andrew Kana. The Ponca City resident was wanted for several outstanding warrants.

Kana had a warrant related to a charge of an alleged domestic assault by strangulation in Muskogee.
He also had warrants in Ada County, Idaho, that included charges for an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction and one for domestic assault in the presence of a child
